August, 2016 – It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Past President and current Friends of the Punta Gorda Library Board Member, Mary C. Knowlton. She has worked tirelessly on behalf of the Friends and community to build a new library in Punta Gorda.
All memorial donations received in memory of Mary will be designated for the new library and dedicated to her memory. The Knowlton Family will be notified of all gifts in memory of Mary. Donations may be made to “Friends of the Punta Gorda Library” and mailed to 424 West Henry Street, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.
